  13. 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  14. 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  15. 2 Tablespoons golden raisins
  16. 3 Tablespoons chopped cashews

  18. 2 tablespoons oil
  19. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  20. 1 bay leaf
  21. 1 onion Finely chopped
  22. 1 black cardamom
  23. 1 green cardamom

  1. Slice of the top part of the tomatoes. Scoop out the pulp and set aside.
  2. In a bowl add grated paneer, potatoes, carrots, cheese, chopped cashews and raisins.
  3. Add the salt and spices, mix everything together.
  4. Chop and saute mushrooms and add to the mixture.
  5. Stuff the mixture in the cavities we created in the tomatoes.

  11. Puree green chillies, cashews, scooped pulp of tomatoes and 1 while tomato.
  12. Heat oil in a kadhai, add cumin seeds and bay leaf.
  13. Add onion mixture and saute until golden.
  14. Add tomato puree and let cook. Once the gravy oozes out oil.
  15. Add salt and spices.
  16. Cover with a lid and let it simmer untl.
  17. Add water as per required consistency, cook for 2 minutes.
  18. Add cream and butter, mix and the gravy is ready.
  19. Pour gravy on a serving tray and place tomatoes over it. Sprinkle coriander leaves and pomegranate arils.
  20. Serve hot with chapatis and/or steamed rice.
